We build eight to ten homes a year across Nashville and Williamson County, and remodel about twice that. Every one of them is on this page, because a builder you cannot look up is a builder you have to take on faith.

One crew takes each job from the first drawing to the last walkthrough. The person who prices it is on site the day the slab is poured and the day you get the keys.

Custom homes

On your lot or one we help you find. Plans drawn with an architect we have built with for years, priced line by line before anything is signed.

Typical build 10–12 months

Whole-home remodels

Kitchens, primary suites and full gut renovations, with the house kept liveable for as much of it as the job allows. We tell you up front which weeks it is not.

Additions & ADUs

Second storeys, rear additions and backyard cottages, permitted and tied into the house so the seam never shows, inside or out.

Site visit

We walk the lot or the house with you. No charge, and no salesman: the person who comes is the person who builds it.

Drawings & a fixed price

Plans, a full specification and one number, in writing. Allowances are listed, not buried.

We build it

Photos every week and a standing Friday walkthrough. A change is priced before it is built, never after.

Keys, then a year

We come back at thirty days and at eleven months, and fix whatever the house has shown us.
